Contacts
The Contacts page in Humblebear provides a centralized location to manage and organize your business contacts. This guide will walk you through the key features and functionalities of this page.
Contact List: The main section displays a list of your contacts in a table format.
Key Information: Each row in the table presents essential contact details:
CONTACT: The name of the contact (company or individual).
EMAIL / PHONE: The contact's email address and/or phone number.
WEBSITE: The contact's website address (if available).
BRN (Business Registration Number): The contact's Business Registration Number (if applicable).
ASSIGN: The user within Humblebear who is assigned to this contact.
Unique Identifiers: Each contact also displays a unique identifier code below their name (e.g., #C4ISAV).
Search Functionality: The "Search" bar (with a magnifying glass icon) allows you to quickly find specific contacts by name, email, phone number, or BRN.
Sorting and Filtering: Icons next to the column headers allow you to sort and filter the contact list.
Download: A download icon allows you to download the contact list in a suitable format (e.g., CSV).
New Contact Button: The "+ New Contact" button allows you to add new contacts to the list.
Adding a New Contact
Click the "+ New Contact" button.
A form will appear, prompting you to enter the contact's details (name, email, phone, website, BRN, etc.).
Fill in the required information.
Click "Save" to add the new contact to your list.
Searching and Filtering Contacts
Search: Type the contact's name, email, phone number, or BRN in the "Search" bar and press Enter.
Sorting: Click on the column header (e.g., "CONTACT," "EMAIL / PHONE") to sort the list in ascending or descending order.
Filtering: Click the filter icon next to a column header to apply filters and narrow down the list based on specific criteria.
